Return & Replacements

[Products purchased from the Website can be returned only by calling us at [0124-4830773] or by using the Website within 15 days from delivery of the Product(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. In the event the Member has purchased a wrong ring size, Eekaba will resize the ring free of cost. Members should make a re-sizing request within 15 days of delivery.

In case of any damaged or broken or defective Product (Defective Product) delivered by Eekaba, the Member, receiving the Defective Product, should have the right to get the Defective Product exchanged with any other Product (Replacement Product) of a value equal to or more than the value of the Defective Product or get the refund of the amount paid by him/her/it for purchasing the Defective Product.

The Members should notify Eekaba immediately on receiving the Defective Product and send the Defective Product to Eekaba in accordance with the terms containedherein.

Subjectto availability of the Replacement Product, Eekaba, on being satisfied that the Defective Product has not been broken or damaged due to any act of the Member and was actually damaged or broken or defective when delivered to the Member, shall exchange the Defective Product within 15 days of receiving such request along with Defective Product from the Member.

In case the Member desire to take refund of the payment made by them for purchasing the Defective Product, it/he/she shall notify Eekaba accordingly. Eekaba, within 15 days of receiving such request along with Defective Product, and on being satisfied that the Defective Product has not been broken or damaged due to any act of the Member, and was actually damaged or broken or defective when delivered to the Member, shall refund the amount paid by the Member inaccordance with the terms contained herein.

All courier and shipping costs incurred by Eekaba for returns shall be borne by the Member.

Conditions for return

1. All Products must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by Eekaba.

2. Any Product returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than Eekaba) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

3. Custom orders with engraving, special ring size etc. cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange.

4. All shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the Member.

5. All requests for return of Product have to be placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. No return requests after 15 days from delivery will be processed.

Once the return is confirmed, Eekaba will send a packaging cover, which has to be used to return the Product. The Product has to be packed in front of the courier agent.
